Deze privacyverklaring legt uit welke persoonsgegevens MyPersonalReview verwerkt, hoe wij deze gegevens verzamelen, waarvoor wij deze gebruiken en welke keuzes je hebt.

2. Welke gegevens we verzamelen
2.1 Accountgegevens
- E-mailadres
- Optioneel: naam/profielnaam
- Loginmethode (Apple, Google of e-mail)
2.2 Reviewgegevens die je zelf invoert
- Titel, categorie, beoordeling, samenvatting en notities
- Datums (start/eind)
- Foto's die je kiest te uploaden
- Locatiegegevens en locatienaam als je die toevoegt
2.3 Technische en gebruiksgegevens
- App-versie, apparaat- en systeeminformatie
- Fout- en diagnosegegevens die nodig zijn om de app veilig en stabiel te laten werken
- Gebeurtenissen zoals gebruik van demomodus (zonder inhoud van je reviews te verkopen of te delen voor advertenties)
2.4 Abonnement en betalingen
- Aankopen en abonnementstatus worden door Apple verwerkt via In-App Purchase
- Wij ontvangen geen volledige betaalkaartgegevens
3. Hoe we gegevens verzamelen
- Direct van jou: wanneer je een account maakt, reviews schrijft of profielgegevens wijzigt
- Via permissies: alleen als je toestemming geeft (bijvoorbeeld foto- of locatie-toegang)
- Automatisch: beperkte technische logs voor beveiliging, prestaties en foutoplossing
4. Waarom we gegevens gebruiken
- Om je account en login te beheren
- Om je reviews en foto's op te slaan en te synchroniseren
- Om locatiegerichte functies te laten werken wanneer jij die gebruikt
- Om abonnementen en opslaglimieten toe te passen
- Om support te bieden en de app te verbeteren
5. Delen van gegevens en derde partijen
Wij verkopen je persoonsgegevens niet.
Wij delen gegevens alleen met verwerkers die nodig zijn om de app te leveren, bijvoorbeeld:
- Google Firebase (authenticatie, database, opslag, backendfuncties)
- Apple (In-App Purchase, Sign in with Apple, platformdiensten)
- Google Sign-In (alleen als je kiest voor Google-login)
Alle partijen die namens ons gegevens verwerken, moeten minimaal hetzelfde beschermingsniveau bieden als in deze privacyverklaring staat.
6. Bewaartermijn en verwijdering
- Review- en accountgegevens bewaren we zolang je account actief is, of zolang nodig is voor de dienst
- Als jij je account verwijdert, starten we het verwijderproces van bijbehorende persoonsgegevens
- Bepaalde technische logs kunnen tijdelijk bewaard blijven voor beveiliging, fraudepreventie en wettelijke verplichtingen
7. Jouw keuzes en rechten
- Gegevens inzien, corrigeren of laten verwijderen
- Toestemming intrekken voor apparaatrechten (zoals locatie/foto's) via iOS-instellingen
- Je account verwijderen in de app (Profiel > Verwijder account)
- Verzoek indienen via support@xiut.nl
Consent intrekken
Je kunt op elk moment permissies uitschakelen via iOS: Instellingen > Privacy en beveiliging. Het uitschakelen van permissies kan invloed hebben op functies die deze gegevens nodig hebben.
8. Beveiliging
We nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om persoonsgegevens te beschermen tegen verlies, misbruik en ongeautoriseerde toegang.
9. Minderjarigen
MyPersonalReview is niet bedoeld voor kinderen jonger dan 13 jaar. Als je denkt dat een kind zonder toestemming persoonsgegevens heeft gedeeld, neem contact met ons op.
10. Internationale doorgifte
Omdat wij cloudleveranciers gebruiken, kunnen gegevens worden verwerkt in andere landen dan je eigen land. Waar nodig gebruiken wij passende waarborgen volgens toepasselijke wetgeving.
11. Wijzigingen
We kunnen deze privacyverklaring aanpassen. De meest recente versie staat altijd op deze pagina met bijgewerkte datum.

- We do not receive full payment card details
3. How we collect data
- Directly from you: when you create an account, write reviews, or edit your profile
- Through permissions: only when you grant access (for example photos or location)
- Automatically: limited technical logs for security, performance, and troubleshooting
4. Why we use data
- To manage your account and sign-in
- To store and sync your reviews and photos
- To provide location-based features when you use them
- To apply subscriptions and storage limits
- To provide support and improve the app
5. Data sharing and third parties
We do not sell your personal data.
We only share data with processors required to operate the app, such as:

- Delete your account in the app (Profile > Delete account)

How to revoke consent
You can disable permissions at any time in iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security. Disabling permissions may limit features that depend on that data.
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.
9. Children
MyPersonalReview is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal data without consent, contact us.
10. International transfers
Because we use cloud providers, data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards under applicable law.
